Most casino licensing pages explain in general terms what a licence is. This one states which licence stands behind the Siskowin brand, shows what the public register returns when that licence is looked up, and lists the countries the licence explicitly does not cover.

Who holds the licence

The operator’s own footer names BluePalm Ltd, registration number 000050258, registered at 9 Barrack Road, Belize City, Belize, holding Anjouan licence ALSI-202512023-FI1.

What the register returns

The Anjouan Gaming Authority publishes a searchable register. Looking the number up, and separately looking up the domain, returns one and the same record:

Company name, number and dates match the footer exactly. Alongside the register there is a second check: the operator embeds a verification seal, and the regulator’s validation page returns the same company, the same number and the status VALID, generated on the day it is opened.

One detail worth noticing

The licence record lists four domains, and siskowin.com is one of them. Opening siskowin.com, however, forwards to a numbered mirror — siskowin50.com — and that address does not appear in the register entry. Numbered mirrors are ordinary in this industry, usually a response to blocking, and the seal on the mirror does resolve to the same licence.
